Want to create a Linux 7 VM on ODA x5-2

Hi

We have an ODA x5-2 machine deployed as Virtual, and we want to create a Linux VM on it running OL7 so that we can deploy EM13c.  I am new to the ODA and have read many different articles and notes today and I think I have confused myself.  One of the whitepapers I've download is this:

In the section un Example 1: Automated VM Provisioning, it states that "Typically users will skip this part because ready-to-go Oracle VM Templates can be downloaded from Oracle Software Delivery Cloud, e.g.Oracle Linux 6.4 Oracle VM Template (V38315-01)".
