In Oracle EAM R12, get an error when click on the COMPLETE button in the maintenance Workbench? can'

After the upgrade of the Oracle EAM from R11 to R12.2.4, when trying to complete workorders from the list of workorders in the "Maintenance Workbench" form, with the "Complete" button, we are getting the following error:

"Function not available to this responsibility. Change responsibility or contact your system administrator"

It only happens to the custom responsability, the "Complete" button oppens the complete html-page from the "Enterprise Asset Management" responsability.

I'm guessing i have to change something, or maybe setting some profile, but i haven't found any notes to correct this problem, since the final user has not access to the standard Enterprise Asset Management responsibility, since he uses a responsability that has the specific inventory eam organization assigned, and there is not other form to complete like in the R11.
