Is there any specific documentaion available how SWI PDS Simplified Line Items - Previous Values VBC

We are unable to get the values in the XML file for the XML tag "ListOfSWIOrderItemPreviousValues" while submitting the orders for Suspend assets scenario. The IO for this is "SWIOrderIO". By debugging on this issue, we found that the BC used is a VBC "SWI PDS Simplified Line Items - Previous Values" which executes the BS "SIA Billing Extern Service" and the arguments are IO - "SWIOrderIO" and Workflow Process Name as "Order Update V4".

Here we didn't find the workflow any where in the repository or in the application side. We found that all the workflow processes in repository and they are for specific purpose, we cannot reuse or cannot create new. Currently we are in IP13 with patchset15.
