How to assign two Allocation rule profiles for a service provider

Hi ,

we have two kinds of shipments inbound and out bound.

Inbound means  shipments we get to our plants like materials,unfinsished prodducts etc.

Outbound means shipments we send to customers.mostly finished goods.

For both kind of shipments we are having same serviice providers.Now we have a requirement of  cost allocating these two types of shipmenst differently. But i see that on one service provider we can only assignone allocation rule profile.Is there any way to assighn a carrier with two allocation rule profiles and write some automation agent to use one allocation rule for inbound and one for outbound.
