Debugging iSupport page behavior

Hi Gurus,

Could some advise me if this is possible and we have document in place to perform and check this one?.

I have an issue in our iSupport page during SR creation and need to debug what is going on behind the scene.

I need to check the process that is going on every time I do transactions in our iSupport SR creation page. Is it possible to see and get something like a trace file on the query being triggered, etc every time you perform steps on every page?
