Move order suddenly closed, although there is 1 kg left

Here is the problem, production staff requests item with quantity 50 kg.

Prod. staff uses IFS STP Supervisor.

PPIC staff uses IFS INV IFP STaff.

Prod. staff picks 50 with move order 207775 and id request 1489496

PPIC staff does 'transact move order', there are 2 lines.

PPIC gives 49 kg.

There must be 1 quantity left in transact move order (it should have 2 lines), but it's only show 1 line.

1. Where is the remaining of move order quantity?

2. Why must staff create another move order to get remaining quantity?

3. Is this normal for creating another move order to get remaining quantity ? Then, PPIC staff fills reason with post
