Oracle BI Publisher 11.1.1.9.160119 Reports issue - Disallowed access URL

Hello.

I am receiving the following error when opening a report. The report is opened. Data is entered and the report is executed.

The Error Detail is :

oracle.xdo.servlet.ReportException: oracle.xdo.servlet.data.DataException: oracle.xdo.servlet.data.DataException: oracle.xdo.XDOException: java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException

The below is an extract from bipublisher.log :
