P01012 VISUAL ASSIST MISSING FROM SEARCH TYPE TAB

When we search a address no in P01012 and then select it , we are redirected to ta form where we can see the search type tab. In my case, for DV environment i am able to change the criteria for search type but for rest all environment i cannot. Is it a bug? Shall i redeploy the application to PY environment?
