Dispute History Button is Disabled

Hi

I am running EBS 11.5.10 and have a query on the collections menu in Receivables Manager Responsibility.

The menu is AR_COLLECTIONS_GUI and the menu option is Accounts Details.

In here the user can find outstanding invoices and enter any amount that is in dispute in the Dispute Amount field and also review the Dispute History by clicking on the Dispute History button.

What I would like to do is prevent the user from from updating the Dispute Amount but still allow them to access the Dispute History button. I have tried added in the menu exclusion Function - Transactions: Dispute but that disables the Dispute History button although it does prevent the user from updating the Dispute Amount field.
