Problem uploading report template in BI Publisher

I am having a problem all of the sudden uploading report templates into BI Publisher through Siebel.  It is the same configuration that we have been using without issue for over a year now and no significant changes have been made to the system, with the exception of updating the srf, and starting this week my uploads are failing with the error:

"Process XMLPReportServer on server siebsrvr terminated."

I can see in the XMLP log file that right before the stack dump it says: "Could not reserve enough space for object heap"

I am running with the same configuration and memory settings that I always have. Has anybody experienced this and have a quick resolution to it?  I cannot believe that I need to start adjusting settings all of the sudden, something else must be going on that I am not seeing.
