Needs to configure Banner in one of JAS Instance which is Xe (B7333 release)

Hello,

I want to configure banner in one of JAS instance which is on Windows Platform and Release they are using B7333.

The banner they have already configure in DV & PY jas instance. I want to configure the same thing in PD environment.

Could you please let us know steps and what are the files need to modify or change. I have banner already provided by client. Please find the attached jpeg file
