Oracle Forms 12c-REP 1800

Good morning, sorry for my bad English. I'm in a migration of Oracle Forms 11g to 12c, actuamente I have a problem with the call to the reports which gives me REP-1800 error. The COMPONENT_CONFIG_PATH variable already is in the defaul.env. Any idea of this error in Oracle Forms 12c.
They have called reports already Forms 12c?
