Unable to see cancel option under Lines Tab in a change order

Hi,

Approver is unable to see "Cancel" option under the "Lines" tab of the Change Order in Oracle PIM. If Approver is the creator of the change order then its visible else not.
Please advise if anyone is aware of the solution.
