JDE 9.0 Payroll YE issue - Resident tax is deducted but not showing up in W2

For an employee of Pennsylvania,, resident tax is deducted through out the year 2015 but the amount is not reported in W2 .  I checked  in F06136B - (PA Act 32 tax summary) there is no record for employee for year 2015. The residence tax code of employee is "391339057". Does anyone know what could have caused this and how to rectify it ?
