One of our customers is unable to start ZS3-2 after rebooting the system

On of our customers has a ZS3-2 they acquired last year, it is configured with RAID 6 and it is configured like this:

- Only 1 controller

- 256GB RAM

- 24 HDD 4TB @ 7.2KRPM

They were working with an additional loaned tray disk, just for a couple of weeks they made some proofs with that tray, to confirm that the mirror configuration works better for them. So today they´ve decided to retire this tray, but when they reboot the system it wouldn´t boot again and they have no CLI access to the controller.

What could be the real problem? Could it be a bug? Does this has happen before with other clients?
