Different cost of same item in different inventory org

Hi All

I have a business case.

Please give your inputs.

We are following average costing in all inventory. We have created IR/ISO transaction which is shipped from source org but yet not received in destination org.

So in this case , will the application allow receipt of 10 qt in 601.?

If yes than will there be affect on price in 601 ?
