Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Skip workflow status based on a criteria

Hi,

I am trying to make a workflow change as follows

From status0

If (criteria 1 ) then move status to status1

else if (criteria 2 ) the move to status2

Can someone help me how do we do this is Agile 9.3.4 PC
