Oracle AGILE 9.3.3 (Build 45)- Add Attachment Button Not Working

Hi,

Application : Oracle Agile 9.3.3 (Build 45)Update Versions:9.3.3.0.2;9.3.3.0.3;9.3.3.0.7

The Add Attachment button is not working for One User. If I create a new user and add the same Roles. The Attachment is working.

I am not able to find the root cause of the Issue.

In the Above Image After clicking on the Add button , if I select the Files , then File Upload screen is not Opening.

But the URLs and By Search screens are opening.

This issue is happening for couple of users. Where it was working before, but not working now.

The Strange part is if I create a new User with the Same Role, the attachment is Working.
