Field not grab the value

Hi All,

I'm currently using WCC 12c. I create 1 field named Year as Option Field and the values are 2016,2015,2014 and 2013. This field is display as Drop Down List.

I also customized the fields will be displayed in Search Page. One of the field will be displayed is "Year" field. However, the value in this field is blank. But, the result display based on my query is correct.

For example, I search the files on 2014, it display me the correct file. If I look at information page, yes, it was stated the year. But in searching page, the Year field is blank. You can refer in screenshot below.
