Does recreate initializes data schema version? agile

hi

i have agile 9.3.2 customer . with test enviorment that gone through some patches. thus its data schema version is greater than the data schema version of the production enviorement.

i would like to refresh the test enviorment ( import a dump of the production env) .

does recreateagile.bat sets the data schema version back to the default so i can do that? is there a best practice of doing that?
