Populate data for a measure using the position ID

Hi,

I have a scenario which I am not able to translate into a rule.

The scenario is this:

There is a measure - 'LikeSku' at item level which holds an ID of another 'item'.

Ex:

For Item 1011, LikeSku measure holds 1023.

The requirement is to populate an 'EndDate' measure for Item 1023 as current week - 1.

How can we convert the value of '1023' in the LikeSku measure to the 'position' 1023 and set the endDate?
