Batch Type W headers get created without any detail records

Hello All,

Batch Type "W" gets created in F0011 table without any corresponding details in Table F0413 F0414 and F0901.

The headers does not contain any details records. those arejust blank headers created with batch status as "U" i.e. in use.

Also we have not provided users access to applications P0411SV and also for application payment with voucher match

Kindly help
