Cost Manager res_ovhd returned error code : 6

Hello experts,

Has anyone run into the following error? Specifically I cannot find anything on MOS regarding error code 6.  I see notes about other errors, but before logging and SR I thought I would reach out for some community help.

debug_level = 0

CM_EXTENDED_DEBUG = 2

pd_txfr_ind = 0

After select into - parent_txn_id = 148965045043.199982

Inside res_ovhd: Validation in WIP Completion Transaction Interface failed

Process Status = 3 for TRANSACTION_SOURCE_ID = 779174.000000

Failing Transaction ID is 5072797.000000

res_ovhd failed in WIP completion or scrap transactions.

res_ovhd returned error code :  6

Processing of Resource or Overhead transactions failed during WIP Completion or Scrap
