Assistance with mapping issue for Global Leave Administration in Production

I am a functional HCM consultant looking for help with an issue we are experiencing in PD only.  We are in the process of implementing Global Leave Administration and we have an issue in Production that we do not have in any of our test environments which there are four of them.  Two are on the DV Server and two others along with production are on the production server.  When we generate a leave request the system sends a notification to the manager along with a link and the employee also gets a notification recapping their request along with a
