Cause: This Solution Explorer object has other Solution Explorer objects associated with it that must exist in either the project or target Data Source before the object may be transferred. For Example, if this is a Solution Explorer Relationship, all Solution Explorer Tasks associated with this Relationship must exist in this Project or in the target Data Source.

 

Resolution: Add associated Solution Explorer records to this project.
