Payroll 1099 flat file is not created correctly

I am creating the 1099-MISC form in the payroll area and want to create the 1099 flat file to send to the government.

I have installed the lasted year end ESU.

All setup for the pay types and special handling is correct

The workfile is built and the 1099-MISC forms are created and printed.

The 1099 mag media file build completes without error and deposits the F0786031099 file in the folder

When I open the file, the 'B' records are missing.

The file has the T record - all info appears correct

The file has the A record - all info appears correct
