Non-enrolled Contacts appearing on ACA 1095-C Part III
We've found a situation where employee contacts that were not covered on the employee's medical plan in 2015 ended up on Part III of the employee's 1095-C form showing covered. This happened in cases where the contact was covered under a different employee's plan, then contact ended up showing on both employees forms, though only covered under one of them.
Did anyone else come across this issue? If so, did you discover it before or after sending out the 1095-C to employees, and did you find a way to fix it? We have tried using the rearchive process, but it does not remove the contact from the employee's 1095-C form.
