Is there a way to determine how long we have been purchasing from a supplier?

We are trying to determine a way to determine how long we have been purchasing from a supplier.  Our purchase orders were archived recently, so pulling the data is a little difficult.  I wasn't sure if there was a field in Supplier Master or Address book that would show when the supplier record was created.
