FDMEE - Skip source with '0' value

Is there a way in FDMEE to skip the source record which contain '0' and load the rest in to planning ?

Currently we are pulling data from EBS and the same is loaded in to Planning Application. We noticed most of the record contain only '0'  and we are planning to delete these records.
