9.2 Development client local web does not install

HI,

I am process of installing a 9.2 fat client and doing this for the first time. 32 bit client is installed, E1Local DB is installed and DV920 full package is installed but while installing the features it failed. Local web install failed. Please let me know how to make 9.2 fat client local web work.
