I am trying to identify our Vertex Version

Hello,

I am trying to identify our Vertex version, and after following the steps below, if receive this error.

Step 1)  On the command line type Call VERQFPT/DIAGNOS

Step 2)  Enter 1 and Enter

Step 3)  Enter your Vertex database library

Step 4)  Enter your Server in all CAPS

Step 5)  Enter User ID: and password in ALL CAPS

Then this error will appear.

CONN - Connect - SQLCODE: -950

Please advise what this means.
