Price list associated with Internal Customer Ship to Location does not default into Internal Sales O

Hi

We are on R12.1.3

Im testing IR/ISO process btw two inventory orgs of the same OU.

Appending the screenshots of the steps.

Could you please advise why the price list does not default from the Ship to location of the internal Customer -when the defaulting rule preference is to look for Ship to before looking at Order type.
