P6 WebServices failing to start

Hello,

P6 Web-services are failing to start when installed through the installer, or after restarting the P6 Application.

The issue is popping inconsistently up and the only workaround I have found is to setup after cleaning the server.

If the install is successful then after a couple of restarts the issue crops up.

Very frustrating as have to do complete setup all over again if the startup fails

Stacktrace is as follows

INFO: initializing domaininformation object.

java.lang.NoSuchMethodException: com.sun.xml.bind.v2.model.nav.ReflectionNavigator.getInstance()

    at java.lang.Class.getDeclaredMethod(Class.java:2130)

    at com.sun.xml.ws.spi.db.Utils.<clinit>(Utils.java:58)
