I trying to run Flashupdate form windows 7 pc

Is this the correct syntax for path to the file on my win7 PC

sc> flashupdate -s 192.168.1.1 -f c:\TFTP-Root\Sun_System_Firmware-6_7_13-Sun_Fire_T2000.bin

Username: mmelillo

Password: ********

Failed to open ftp connection: Check ip address, pathname, username, and password

Error updating software.
