9.10 platform pack install failed for the database server

Hi,

I have launched the platform pack setup. I'm using same machine for both the Enterprise and Database. But the platform pack is failed for the database.

in orcl/logs it has below files

CRDBAUSR.log

grant connect, resource, dba to jdedba

  ERROR at line 1:

ORA-01917: user or role 'JDEDBA' does not exist

CRUSRS_APPS.log

create role jde_role

ERROR at line 1:

ORA-65096: invalid common user or role name

grant create session, create table, create view, create any directory, select any dictionary to jde_role

                                                                                      *

ERROR at line 1:

ORA-01917: user or role 'JDE_ROLE' does not exist

grant jde_role to jde
