Issue with default value on 'Primary Organization Id' field of Product BC - Siebel

Hi,

I have a issue in Siebel Config where, the field 'Primary Organization id' field is predefaulted with row_id of 'Default Organization' (Id='0-R9NH', BC=Internal Product - ISS Admin). But when we create new Product, the column value is populated as 'No Match Row Id'. This is happening on TEST and PROD environment but not on DEV., though the BC definition and other settings are same in all 3 environments.
