OEM 12C on Windows installation Guide

We are planning to  installing OEM 12.1.0.5 on windows 2012 server and push out agents to unix servers.

Im looking for any documentation on installing OEM on windows so far i have found documentation covering mostly *nix installation.

We would like to follow best practices in particular with accounts needed.


Any help would be appreciated
