Print To is showing Blank

We are on 12.2.4 and we have a couple of custom requests defined under Shipping Document Set, so when the user performs the Ship confirm the custom packing list is generated. We have also setup the Printer assignment for the user under Shipping --> Setup --> Printers

However, we see that inspite of the setup when the programs are run, Under the Upon Completion, the Printer is not being displayed under Print To:

due to which the automated printing is not working

Please let us know how we can check this issue
