Custom Print in BI

We are creating BI Custom Prints and have run into a couple of issues. Anytime our Custom Prints are over a couple of pages they don't run in Unifier. We would also like to change the name of the file that is produced to something other than "RunCustomPrint"  Have any of you run into these issues.
