JDE Scheduler Time Zone change

Hi, All of our servers are running under EST time zone. But when I setup jobs in the scheduler, it is showing "Mountain Time (US & Canada)" for all jobs in the description column. I would like my scheduler jobs to run under EST (Canada) time zone. I have tried to figure out but no luck. Can I get some advice how my jobs can be changed so that they should run under EST.
