P03B31Acct Activity Log: How do you change the default activity

I'm getting to this screen by :

P03013 Cust master --> select my customer --> Account Status exit --> Activity --> Add

When I do this, Activity Type 30 defaults in at the top of the screen

Is there a way to change this?

I don't see the ability in its processing options nor in any processing options of the screens leading up to it.

We're on an old version... 8.10 ....
