xml publisher output in ebs 12.0.6 is different from 12.1.3

I am currently developing a xml report to be displayed as a pdf. When i test the report on 12.1.3 (local quote eval 12.1.3.pdf) it worked . When i tested the report on 12.0.6 (local quote eval.pdf) the data was duplicated and didn't work as expected.
