PO next status not advancing after approval

One of the users who approves PO always run into this situation that the PO that she approves does not advance the next status from "Approval" to "Print PO". The next status always stay at Approval process instead of advancing to the next status such as Print PO.

We do not have issue with other Approvers.

I am wondering if anybody ran into this before?

Is there a setting somewhere that I can check for this particular Approver?
