Siebel Tools 15.9 setup with Oracle XE in Windows 7 64 bit

Dears,

I have installed Siebel Tools 15.9 with Oracle XE on Windows 7 64 bit machine.

Installation was successful and did not get any error.

While creating the odbc data source under C:\Windows\SysWOW64\odbcad32.exe, I am getting the error as below.

Specified driver could not be loaded due to system error 193: (Siebel Oracle 90 <TOOLS_HOME>\bin\seor825.dll)


It is required as LocalDBSetup.exe utility is not supported on Windows 32 bit machine.


Could anyone please help me in resolving this issue and suggest the steps to follow.
