Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Can we install Visual Studio 2013 or 15 Community edition

Hi All,

I have following some questions regarding Visual Studio compiler, can anyone please advise.

1. Can we install Visual Studio 2013 free developer community edition on Deployment, Enterprise and FAT clients machines?

2. As per the 9.2 certification VS 2015 is not available in the supported list yet so can we use 2015 on above machines?

3. If FAT client is not developing any BSFNs, C coding and deploying package so is it still required to install VS 2013 on FAT client?
