9.2 Grants Portal - Grants Portal Access page error

Hi,

We are trying to use the Grants Portal for the first time. Peoplebook does provide a lot of details but we are missing some basic configuration steps. Could anyone provide clarification on

1- Is it mandatory that only an employee that is mapped to Proposal as a resource like PI or CPI and have been provided either Global access or access through Grants Portal access page can only access the Award summary/Detail page.

2- Employees who are not mapped to any proposal or award can not access any of the pages under Grants Portal even if they have been provided global access
