How to change the customer type (Organization) when copying a service request of customer type (Pers

Hi,

We are created a service request for a customer type (Person) , but we are unable to change the customer  type (Organization) when we copying the same  service request. We are only getting the LOV for customer type (Person). How can we change the customer type (Organization) when copying a service request of customer type (person).
