Oracle purchasing R12.2.4 version : Does R12.2.4 in Purchasing module allow creation of new document

HI,

Can we create new document types for Purchase orders, BPA, PLanned, Requistions in R12.2.4.

The earlier version is restriction to quotations and RFQ only
