Product configurator - Joined custom field NOT visible

Hello - We're using Siebel ABO and product configurator to customize products


We've created many custom fields in S_PROD_INT table. We've exposed these custom fields in S_QUOTE_ITEM table.


when we load products in product configurator we're seeing issue with these custom product fields in product configurator (We're not seeing any values, Its returning NULL even if there are values)


We've updated necessary IOs (SIS OM Quote/order/asset etc.) , SIS OM PMT mappping etc but still seeing issue.


Appreciate any help. We're using Siebel 8.1.1.14 patchset 14
