Migration to Cloud roadmap

Hi

We are in 12.1.3 EBS and pretty happy with our product portfolio.

In near future we know that oracle is promoting oracle fusion products.

Need some clarity on below points

1)Will oracle force us to use oracle Fusion applications or will it continue supporting exisitng oracle R12 applications and come up with Oracle R13?

2)Will oracle fusion applications and Oracle R12 application coexist in future?

3)Knowing that fusion does not allow customizations ,how will our system migarte to fusion where we cannot live without customizations as we are a complex organization with multiple 3 party intregations? How is this going to be handled in fusion products.
